Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected European countries. Shipping outside of Europe is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes between 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over €100. Orders under €100 have a flat shipping fee of €7.95.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days after receiving them, provided they are unused and in original condition. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at info@melonaire.nl within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
