Retourtermijn:
Onze retourtermijn is 14 dagen. Als er 14 dagen zijn verstreken sinds je aankoop, kunnen we helaas geen restitutie of omruiling aanbieden. Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour, moet het artikel ongebruikt zijn en in dezelfde staat verkeren als waarin je het hebt ontvangen. Het moet ook in de originele verpakking zitten.
Let op: Stuur je aankoop niet terug naar de fabrikant.
Gedeeltelijke restituties (indien van toepassing):
In sommige situaties worden alleen gedeeltelijke restituties verleend, zoals:
- Artikelen met duidelijke gebruikssporen.
- Artikelen die niet in originele staat verkeren, beschadigd zijn of onderdelen missen om redenen die niet aan onze fout te wijten zijn.
- Artikelen die meer dan 14 dagen na levering worden geretourneerd, worden beschouwd als niet-retourneerbare items.
RETOURNEREN (INDIEN VAN TOEPASSING):
Zodra we je retourzending hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, sturen we je een e-mail ter bevestiging van ontvangst. We informeren je ook of je retourzending is goedgekeurd of afgewezen. Als je retourzending wordt goedgekeurd, wordt je restitutie verwerkt en wordt het bedrag automatisch teruggestort via je oorspronkelijke betaalmethode binnen enkele dagen.
VERTRAAGDE OF ONTBREKENDE TERUGBETALINGEN (INDIEN VAN TOEPASSING):
Als je je terugbetaling nog niet hebt ontvangen:
- Controleer eerst je bankrekening opnieuw.
- Neem contact op met je creditcardmaatschappij, omdat het enige tijd kan duren voordat je terugbetaling officieel is verwerkt.
Als je dit allemaal hebt gedaan en je hebt je terugbetaling nog steeds niet ontvangen, gebruik dan de Contact-link bovenaan de pagina en stuur ons een e-mail. Wij reageren binnen 24 uur op je bericht.
OMRUILEN (INDIEN VAN TOEPASSING):
We vervangen artikelen alleen als ze defect of beschadigd zijn. Als je hetzelfde artikel wilt omruilen, stuur ons een e-mail via de Contact-link bovenaan deze pagina.
Wij zorgen ervoor dat we alle e-mails binnen 24 uur beantwoorden.
VERZENDING:
Om je product te retourneren, stuur ons een e-mail voor instructies. Wij beantwoorden je e-mail binnen 24 uur.
De kosten voor het retourneren van je artikel zijn voor eigen rekening en moeten binnen 14 dagen worden betaald. Verzendkosten worden niet terugbetaald.
Afhankelijk van je locatie kan de tijd variëren die nodig is om je omgeruilde product te ontvangen.
POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.
We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.
SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The return must be paid within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
